At JellyRollFabric, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fabric or home goods don't meet your expectations, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number (RAN).

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring fabrics are clean and folded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
